What Areas do you cover?
Currently, we are servicing the greater Auckland area. If you are located outside this area, don't worry – we can potentially accommodate other locations subject to availability.
Is there a minimum rental term?
Yes, there is a minimum rental term for our cabins. For study and studio cabins, the minimum term is 6 months. You also have the option to extend your rental term as needed.
Are the cabins furnished?
Our cabins are unfurnished, giving you the freedom to decorate and personalise your space to your liking.
What is the cost to set up and Is there a bond on the cabins?
Initial set up fee is - 2 weeks rent in advance - 2 weeks bond and delivery fee per cabin
How often do I need to pay my rent?
You can choose to pay your rent weekly, fortnightly,
How much is the delivery and set up fee?
Delivery and set-up fees are based on your location and ease of access. Our delivery price includes the connection of services, levelling of the cabin, and removal at the end of your rental term.
How do I organise to return the cabin?
When you're ready to return the cabin, simply contact us via phone or email to schedule the collection. Please provide a minimum of Three weeks' notice for the collection process.
How is power connected to the cabin?
To power your rental cabin, you need to be within 20m of an existing power source. We will supply the necessary power lead for your convenience.
What set up or prep do I need to do as a customer renting a cabin?
Before delivery, ensure the site is clear of obstacles. Follow the guidelines for height, width, and foundation requirements
Can I rent a cabin from a rental property?
Yes, you can rent a cabin from a rental property with written permission from your landlord.
